We work closely alongside family law solicitors and regularly receive referrals from them, whether for specific tasks such as completing a Form E, or where a client would benefit from additional support alongside their legal representation. We do not give legal advice; that remains firmly the remit of your solicitor and barrister.
Direct Access Barristers
Under the Direct Access scheme, it is now possible to instruct a barrister directly, without going through a solicitor. This is not the right route for everyone, but in the right circumstances it can significantly reduce legal costs while maintaining an exceptionally high standard of representation. We work closely with Direct Access barristers and we can handle the tasks that would otherwise fall to a solicitor or to you.
